A professional of over 25 years, Noleen Pauls has been working as Principal Geoscientist of the EMEA region for Reflex Africa for the past 14 months, a venture specializing in providing services and tools for structural exploration and mining construction projects. In this role, Ms. Paul brings expertise in exploration, mining services, structural mining, geological consulting and geological services.
Ms. Pauls studied geology and was in the exploration consulting field for 20 years before becoming more involved in
the exploration and mining areas as time passed. She holds her Master's degree in geo-physics and is a member of the Geological Services of South Africa Association and the South African Council for Natural Professionals.
Moving forward, Ms. Pauls hopes to network internationally with likeminded female professionals, as she believes in the importance of interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
