Nora Lay-Morales is the QA Team Leader for Copa Airlines. She has been in her field for over 10 years now. She organizes teams, tests applications to ensure quality and keeps in contact with the technology department of Copa. She says she came into this profession my way of natural progression.
Nora’s expertise are in testing and mentoring children. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Programming from Panama University in 2004. She belongs to the United Way Panama Association. Nora doesn’t do any lecturing or public speaking at this time. She says the keys to her success have been leaning and giving people what they want.
In the next three to five years Nora’s hopes to gain more knowledge on speaking in large audiences and to continue to grow. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
