Pascale Erika Bayard has over 15 years of experience in her current field of Hospitality/Travel. She is the CEO of Bucket List Travel 4 U, which she started a little over a year ago. When she was in college, they asked her what she wanted to do, and she has always said that she wants to be an owner. She spent a lot of years with top companies like Marriott and Norwegian Cruise Line, learning their Do's and Don'ts. She wasn't quite satisfied with the level of service to customers and clients, but didn't have a lot of say in terms of policies and procedures. She wanted to do something that was more to the service level that she was comfortable providing, so she started this company with her best friend Nathalie Breton. In the next few years she would like to attain the status of Circle of excellence, which requires the company to have 1.25 Million dollars of yearly revenue. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
