Pilar Conto is the Human Resources Director for Latin America with Stanley-Black-Decker Inc, and has been in her profession for 18 years. She is currently overseeing the HR department for Colombia and Latin America.
Pilar started out in Finance but needed a change and found Human Resources. She loved it and has not looked back. She is an expert strategist, and earned her Masters in Business Administration from a university in Colombia in 2011.
She wants to continue in HR but wishes to find a higher level position. She credits her success thus far to discipline, loving her job, and passion.
