Pilar Garcia has over 20 years of experience in her career, and is currently Delivery Manager fro Practia Global. She oversees consulting and business projects, and manages all sales within the company, working closely with clients such as Microsoft, Walmart, Santander Bank and Citibank. Previously, Pilar worked in sales, and developed project management skills in IT and technology. She holds a master's degree in Integration Technology from IUT Federico Reuero Palace, class of 1991. She is a member of the Win Win Association, and is dedicated to helping other women to become empowered in the business world. She has published for PMI, and credits her success to her creativity and commitment. Outside of work, Pilar enjoys travel and is an avid volunteer through her church.
