Pilar de la Rocha Mur has had a very successful career in the pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years. She has worked for Novartis Pharmaceuticals for 10 years and has been the Global Head of Operational excellence since 2014. She is well known in her company for her innovative leadership and ability to lead professionals from various countries and different cultures. Pilar has appeared in several publications and has been a part of panels and conferences on the subject of Immune Therapies, Operational Excellence and Clinical Trials Excellence. She is also very passionate about yoga and is currently being trained as a yoga instructor.
Pilar's vision for the future is to create a management consulting firm and she will be consulting on operational development, digitization and leadership development. She looks forward to networking, collaborating and exploring business opportunities within the network. Pilar holds her Master's degree in Experimental Biochemistry from the University of Barcelona and a Postgraduate degree in Clinical Research from UCLA.
