I love to read, watch movies and spend time with my family.
I´m married to a wonderful guy I met in high school and have two beautiful girls I adore.
Paloma was born in Mexico City in 1981 and lived most of her childhood in Valle de Bravo, a magical town in the State of Mexico. When she was 8 years old, she went to live in Edinburgh with her family; the next year they traveled and camped through Europe. She now thinks back on these times fondly, as a culturally enriching experience. She studied Graphic Design in La Salle College in Mexico City, and always wanted to have a studio of her own. She managed to do this in her second year of college with SDiseño. Her first projects with SDiseño included advertising materials for Valle de Bravo called Villas de Valle, and RE/MAX Mexico was one of her main clients. In 2006, while working for a RE/MAX digital publisher, Paloma went to a National RE/MAX Convention of Broker Owners and saw herself as one of them. It was a turning point in her career and life. Real estate was nothing new to her, as she had been accompanying her mother, who had a franchise in Valle de Bravo, to listing appointments and closings her whole life. This helped her to get the hang of it a lot faster. Paloma was the youngest Broker Owner in RE/MAX Mexico for many years. She has always been passionate about training and helping her associates with their professional development. Today her office has 15 associates, but she wants to keep on growing. The next steps involve building an online learning platform, completing a real estate book, which she is working on at the moment, and expanding her office to 40 associates. She has been a member of the Mexican Real Estate Association (AMPI) since 2008 and has always believed that transparency and honesty are the core values that will lead to progress. She is also a member of the RE/MAX club of trainers in Mexico, and her courses have been taken online by participants in Spain, Argentina, Colombia, USA and Canada. She has been an active member of the RE/MAX Mexico Brokers Committee and has served as Director of Membership and Director of Learning for AMPI Mexico City. She is now a mother of two beautiful girls and sincerely believes that motherhood and career are not exclusive concepts. Women should not have to choose. Her office is baby-friendly and she is always supportive of working mothers in real estate. She is also passionate about lactation and natural birth, and in her free time helps new mothers with these challenges. Paloma always keeps real estate and her associates and colleagues in mind, as she believes that belonging to a franchise like RE/MAX is like being part of a really big and loving family. She loves the continuous learning process and challenges that working in real estate provides on a daily basis and believes that it estate is a privileged way to contribute to her country’s economy and way of life. 11-15 Years
Paloma Saldarriaga is a Real Estate Broker and has been the Owner of a RE/MAX franchise since she was 26. She knows not only what her clients need and how to help her associates, but she knows what a challenge it is to be a woman and a mother in a world where she has to choose even when she shouldn’t. Her office is baby friendly and they try to help working mothers so they can work full or part time and be with their babies at the same time. She genuinely wants to help women accomplish more than they are expected to. In the future, she hopes to open another franchise and to do some publications. Paloma is very comfortable with public speaking and training so that she can pass on knowledge her colleagues. She loves helping likeminded professionals and hopes to network as much as possible.
