With over 20 years of professional experience, Rachna Nath is a Faculty member and Teacher at ACP Erie where she teaches grades 9-12 both honors and general biology. With a genuine passion for teaching and giving back to her community, Rachna is perfectly equipped to provide the utmost education to her students. Rachna holds her Master's in Zoology and Biology with an emphasis on Genetics from India University and Arizona State University and is a member of the Society for Science & the Public. She has appeared on the podcasts One of Her Life Stories, NRI WOMEN and Conferences within the District and received the MIT Excite Award in 2018 from MIT. Moving forward, Rachna plans to get her CTE Degree as well as a PhD and to build a Biotech Section for her school so she can start a Biotech Program. When not engaged with work, Rachna runs a school for Indian Classical dance in her home and enjoys travel and reading.
