Rae Mead is Director of System Clinical Standards at Ministry Health Care, a network of hospitals, clinics, and other health related organizations operating across the central, northern, and northeastern regions of Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. Rae received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing, Nursing Education from Marian University in 2008.
Rae leads and implements system initiatives for a multi-hospital cross continuum patient improvement goals. Her experience includes launching a policy management application of 16,000 policies for 15 hospitals and nearly 50 clinics over a two year period. Open to coaching and mentoring others, Rae is primarily looking to find collegial relationships with like minded individuals that appreciate evidence based practices and promotion of quality of care in a cost effective manner.
