Rebecca Scasny serves as CEO of Oil Field Nameplates. She began her career at a very young age. Her father owned a Labor Service that provided labor (professionals in the oil industry) and Rebecca began as an intern for his company where she literally started in housekeeping and assisting her father in tending to the facility.
Later on, when there was an industry demand for oil rig equipment labels, Rebecca's father bought 4 machines and took leadership over the project. Soon the company began exporting the name plates all over the world and the "name plate" aspect of the organization grew. After Rebecca's father sold the company for well over 50 million dollars he gave her the 4 name plate machines and she started her own company "Oil Field Name Plates." Since then, she has quadrupled the companies sales and leads the most successful oil field name plate company in the United States. Rebecca is a kind, warmhearted and caring employer and avid cook. She cooks for her employees twice a week.
