Richard is an expert in Law specializing in Insurance, Property, Commercial Properties, Title Insurance, and Distressed Properties. He has been a Lawyer for over 25 years and is currently the In House Counsel for Blank Rome, LLP in Pennsylvania.
He has worked previously for Ballard Spahr, LLP as Counsel and was formerly Partner at the firm for over 9 years. He has a very accomplished background having worked for Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis also as Partner. He has worked for Trefoil Properties as Senior VP and General Counsel and has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple Universities James E. Beasley School of Law.
He is a graduate of Temple University with a Juris Doctor in Law in 1994. He is also a graduate of Indiana University at Bloomington with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He is a Fellow of The American Bar Association and is a Member of The Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is the Vice Chairman of Property and Casual and other Non- Title Insurance Committee of The American Bar Association.
