Dr. Rivi Efrat has more than 25 years of professional experience in her career. Currently, Dr. Rivi is working as a lecturer in the School for Social Work at the University of Haifa in Israel. Since 2005, Dr. Rivi has worked in her private clinic, Privet, as a psychotherapist. Dr. Rivi's areas of expertise are domestic violence, depression, anxiety and LGBT issues.
Dr. Rivi holds her Doctorate degree from the University of Haifa and is active with The Social Work Association as well as The Psychotherapist Association. A dynamic speaker, Dr. Rivi does lots of public speaking consisting of conferences on topics such as the LGBT community and how to incite change. In the next few years, Dr. Rivi plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in her field.
When not engaged with work, Dr. Rivi enjoys traveling and swimming.
