Rocio is a graduate of California State University at Los Angeles in 1988 with a Nursing Degree. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles with large insurance and Fortune 500 companies and has 23 years of strong and diverse experience with insurance carriers and others in property and casualty coverage, interpretation, and extensive litigation.
