Rosa Mendoza is an Educator and Anthropologist as well as a global expert in gender, capacity building and processes of design, monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects. She is also a lecturer, trainer and advisor in gender, policy advocacy, and intercultural issues. Rosa brings consolidated professional experience in Latin America and South Asia and is comfortable working with people from a variety of countries and cultural backgrounds.
