Rosalía Palacios is the owner of Emma Willard Schools, which she established 15 years ago. Passionate about teaching from an early age, she oversees operations at three different school locations, ensuring her teachers and students have the tools they need to succeed. Initially, Rosalía taught English language to young students. Eventually, after moving to a new place, she had trouble finding work and so began teaching out of her home. One thing led to another, and soon she progressed into opening her own school.
Rosalía holds a bachelor's degree in International Commerce from Tecnologio de Monterrey, and a master's degree in Education from UCEM. She is proud to have seen her school grow from 32 students to over 1000. She credits her success to having passion and persistence.
