Selina Hawker originally trained at the Junior Royal Academy of Music in London and later obtained a BM with Honors in Music from Birmingham University, and has since gained a diploma from Trinity College of Music in London. She has marketing qualifications from CIM and has since become a full time teacher of music, running the music department in GY Charter Academy High School. Selina is highly trained in music and is paid to perform as an Alto soloist at places like Norwich Cathedral. More recently, she has started to write songs with her musical theory knowledge and love of poetry and is performing these songs locally in Norwich.
Moving forward, Selina will release an EP in 2019 and wishes to perform globally. She plans to network as much as possible with likeminded artists worldwide.
When not engaged with work, Selina enjoys concerts, music events and spending time with her three children.
