With over 12 years of professional experience, Shani Phillip is a Program Manager at the Council of Urban Professionals where she is in Diversity and Inclusion and works to ensure leadership development and career navigation for professionals of color across industries and sectors. Shani holds her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from South Carolina University and is a member of SHERM and NAAAHR. Moving forward, she expects to be running a recruiting and/or a BNI function.
