Sharleen Tromp is the Director of Insync Koach Aruba. InSync stands for ‘Working Well Together’ and has been established to facilitate workshops to advance, inspire, and motivate teams, placing emphasis on how to better understand yourself and others.
Her goal is to educate, equip and teach people-groups and organizations to maximize their potentials, capitalize on their strengths and become leaders of undeniable social structural change. She trains trainers to be excellent in their service to others, while simultaneously propelling them into their purpose.
In the future Sharleen hopes to continue to grow and develop. The keys to her success are hard work and passion. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
