Shelley Purchase has been with HRBP for PACEY for 25 years now. She is responsible for policy making, all contracts, full life cycle of employees and recruitment benefits, etc. Previous to this role she had her own security company and built the human resources department on her own, so it was a good fit for her to go into Human Resources .
Shelley’s expertise are in communications and human resources. She graduated from the International Law University in UK in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Psychology. She is a member of the Henry Jackson Society and CIP. Shelley does some public speaking when she does coaching and presentations internally.
In the next three to five years her goals are to pursue a business venture, continue in human resources, start an organization for human trafficking and get her license to fly a plane. She attributes her success to her persistence and taking on challenges. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
