Shiney Cherian is the Financial Controller for Mint Middle East. She has been in her career field for over 18 years. Shiney provides affordable banking for people in the region, is responsible for conducting financial reports, maintaining financial records and monitoring cash flow. She started working in banking immediately after graduating and progressed naturally into her career and fell in love with it.
Her expertise are in planning and budgeting. Shiney has a Master’s Degree in Finance for SP Jain Institute of Management and Research from 2008. She attributes her success to passion, determination and hard work. Shiney says the highlight of her career was being able to provide affordable banking for individuals who don't make a lot of money.
In the future Shiney plans to continue to work in banking and to have a senior position. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
