Silvano Massaro has been in her industry for more than 25 years. Her experience spans various industries. She has held various positions such as Director of Laboratories, Business Development, Head of a Commercial Department, and has worked with the United Nations. She is currently with Gerente Seminarium Training, her role within the company consists of being in charge of selling programs and providing training to companies. The company is a training company and classified under sales education. . Silvano has done an extensive amount of external public speaking in the past and currently does extensive internal public speaking within the company consisting of training and staff meetings. She has published 4 publications related to agriculture science. Silvana is currently looking to network with like minded professional on an international level to grow her business and share her knowledge. She bases her success on determination, being able to multi task, being a risk taker, hard work and persistence.
