Stacey Lott-Atkinson is the CEO of Your HR Department. She founded Human Asset Consulting, which sooner became Your HRA Dept in 2011, in Louisiana and has just relocated the business to Pennsylvania. She has over 10 years of HR knowledge and expertise. Her responsibilities include focusing on helping small businesses expand and grow into medium size businesses who can recruit, train and onboard employees as well as set up HR systems that accommodate and expedite growth.
Stacey founded this business after working in the HR field and in the construction industry for years. She then realized upon her move to Louisiana that she was a real natural in HR and wanted to continue to do it, and do it for herself. She is particularly committed to helping women find and arrange employment with flexible schedules and allow for the right work-life balance for individual needs. Her goals for the future are to grow the number of employees she employs and specialize in setting up employment plans for parents of special needs children (I.e. remote work from home, etc.). Outside of work she enjoys reading and art.
