With over 19 years of experience in her field, Susan Hanson is the HR Director at Provation Medical where she set up a new HR Department from scratch. In this role, Susan spearheads organizational development, leadership training and coaching, performance, and oversees a team of three in HR. Susan has a true love for developing people, leaders, and employees and watching them grow and reach the next level in their careers. Susan holds her degree in Leadership from Capella University and is currently working on a MBA, which she is projected to receive this year. She is also a member of SHRM. Moving forward, Susan plans on becoming a VP or having her own consulting firm. In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with family, reading, and travel.
