Susan Pearlstein is the Executive Chef and Owner of SBP Caterers. She has owned the catering company in Fresh Meadows, NY for about two years now. Susan specializes in using chocolate sculptures as centerpieces for parties of about 20 guests. She says from a very young ago she has always enjoyed cooking.
Susan has an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts in 2015. She is a member of several local culinary arts societies for women. She is currently working on writing a book for the coming year as as working on her own website.
Susan attributes her success to her communication skills and transparency. In the future she hopes to continue to provide her services in her area as well as continuously learning. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
