With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Suzanne White is currently an HR Consultant for Athru Solutions where she is the owner of the company and acts as a virtual HR department for small companies in Ireland. After reaching the "glass ceiling" in employment, Suzanne found that she wasn't able to move further in her career as a woman, so she paved a way for herself.
Suzanne holds her Master's degree in Human Resources from the Dublin Institute of Technology and is a member of CIPD. Moving forward, she plans on possibly expanding the company but is happy where she is at the moment. She intends to apply her core values of grit and determination in all that she does and to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
When not engaged with work, Suzanne enjoys fitness, gardening, cooking and crocheting as well as spending time with her four pets. Also a passionate philanthropist, she donates time and resources to the Ireland branch of Recovery International, Recovery Self Help Ireland.
