Talat Sheerazi Goldie has over 30 years of experience in her current field. She is a Group Director of Human Resources for Bukhatir Group. She worked with various multinational companies such as British Petroleum (BP), British Airways, GlaxoSmithKine, ABN Amro Bank. She has worked in senior HR leadership positions in diverse industries like pharmaceuticals, aviation, banking and finance, private equity. construction and engineering and oil and gas.
She is a people person and has and feels her own skill sets and strengths align with the industry. Likes building relationships and cooperation among all people at work and in general. Believes that people are the focus of any great company, the people make the company. She believes the key to her success has been her resilience and determination as well as her political acumen and high emotional intelligence.
She believes in quick execution and makes things happen fast by getting to know the key players in the company. She is most proud of having developed and coached people in each of the companies worked in and having those people go onto bigger and better things.
