Tanisha Hall-Anderson, owner of Sekhem Development, is a real estate and construction professional of ten years. Sekhem Development is a veteran and minority owned operation encompassing a true understanding of success for companies both big and small. Tanisha has extensive experience in managerial positions where she continually aims to absorb knowledge and pick up new skills. She has implemented many standardized and company-wide policies, ventured to improve quality control procedures, and improve the success rate of each department, with which there was direct affiliation. Her experience has prompted her to create a successful company that assists with client development and management. An MBA graduate of American InterContinental University in Accounting and Finance, Tanisha received a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Shaw University and is a member of National Alumni Council. She served in the Army National Guard as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Specialist (CBRN), and Human Intelligence Specialist (HUMINT). She is a recipient of the Army Achievement Medal for her service to the armed forces.
