Terrian Fletcher has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry which spanned various roles such as Bank Teller, Branch Secretary, Member Service Representative, HR Officer and Benefits Officer. She currently has 2 years of experience in her role as Executive Assistant for JN Fund Managers. She has oversight of the operations of the Managing Directors office which includes assisting with strategic planning, fostering team engagement, scheduling meetings, planning events for the company as well as implementing corporate social responsibility activities for the organization. She has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies Mona School of Business from 2014. She decided to work as an executive assistant in order to gain more knowledge on investments and to then later go back into Human Resources. In the next few years she wants to go back into human resources to be more focused on change management. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and reading. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
