Tracy Cray has over 35 years of experience in her current field of the Credit, Prepaid & Debit Card Payments Industry. She is the Director of Card Scheme Compliance for The Chargeback Company specialising in Chargebacks and Consumer law. She undertakes consulting with Issuers, Acquirers and Merchants, to reduce fraud, and the handling of dispute claims. She did not go to college for her profession but she is a certified EPA Expert in Europe, UK and recognised globally. The key to her success is determination and never giving up. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding. In the next few years she hopes to continue to influence the Payments Industry globally.
