With over 30 years of professional experience, Tünde Beck-Friis is the Owner of and Senior Headhunter at Develop Me, where she is a 360 degree headhunter sourcing and reaching 27 million people worldwide. Tünde spearheads all aspects of management, HR and IT and brings dynamic leadership skill to her work. She began her career in IT and was very successful in sales, winning the Premier Summit Award for Best Sales in Business Intelligence, which lead to a 2 year assignment in Paris with IBM. After transitioning into HR, Tünde eventually opted to harness her entrepreneurial spirit into starting her own company.
Tünde holds her Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Education, Finance and Economy from UPPSALA, which she received in 1987. Moving forward, she has an offer for CEO of a small company in technical consulting and hopes to expand in her field as much as possible as well as network with likeminded professionals.
When not engaged with work, Tünde enjoys travel, reading, sports and spending time with her two daughters.
