Ulrika Tornerefelt has been in the energy and environmental sector for over 15 years, and serves as Group CEO and Founder to Stella Futura AB. In the role as CEO, Ulrika is responsible for the STELLA group companies, working both in Europe and Western Africa (Ghana, Benin, Ivory Coast) and Eastern Africa (Somalia and Rwanda). Ulrika manages both with organization development, technical solutions and investor structures. With a lifelong interest in sustainable technical solutions and the global energy challenge, she was inspired to establish the company by her children. Ulrika is a very strong natural leader, working with people from different cultures and is highly knowledgeable on how to lead people. She holds a Master of Science from Lund University, examination class of 2001, and is active within the African Women Energy Association and has been recognized by the Swedish Royal Highness the Prince Fellowship. Ulrika credits her success to recruiting the right people, understanding holistic needs and always engaging with investors with the right core values. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals.
