Virginia Bolaños is the Human Resources Manager for AutoStar Vehículos in Costa Rica for 1.5 years now, with 10+ years of experience in HR. She is responsible for all Human Resources areas, including, but not limited to recruitment, compensation, benefits, talent management and payroll. She plays a very strategic role within the company.
Virginia is best known for her skills in compensation and benefits. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in General Psychology from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2005. Virginia does not belong to any outside organizations at this time.
In the future she hopes to continue to grow and develop. The key to her success is listening to people, taking the pulse of the organization and making sure to give recommendations and solutions considering all angles.
