Vivienne Stewart has been a lawyer for 25 years and more recently the proud owner of Railtown Law Corporation, located in Gastown, one of Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhoods. Railtown Law offers legal services in a wide variety of areas including divorce, custody and access, division of family assets, support, wills, disputes over inheritances, elder law, wrongful dismissal, strata issues for both strata councils and owners, commercial and business disputes, and intellectual property. Vivienne received an LL.M. in Telecommunications and Information Technology Law from the University of Strathclyde in 2003 and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of BC in 1998. She received her B.A. in French Language & Literature from the University of Victoria. Vivienne is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and CBABC Women Lawyers Forum as well as serving as a member of the RCMP Veterans' Women's Council and a director of the Professional Legal Education Co-operative Association of Vancouver. Vivienne enjoys giving back to the community by contributing to the Union Gospel Mission and Downtown Eastside Women's Centre in Vancouver as well as doing pro bono work for clients in need. She looks forward to her next transition into consulting and is eager to network with other top professionals.
