Their goal is to ensure that members stay up to date on legislative, regulatory and market developments that influence or impact the future of the banking and financial services industry. Prior to this Wendy worked in core Banking for over 20 years with a Canadian Bank. In her role, Wendy Managed one of the Branches in St Lucia and held the post of President of the St Lucia Bankers Association. Wendy holds a Master's degree in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool. Her goals are to continue to grow and develop herself professionally within the organization. The key to Wendy's success throughout her career has always been hard work and never giving up despite the challenges that that pop up from time to time. She looks forward to connecting with like minded, progressive professionals and expanding her network.
