The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals Member Spotlight, Diana Ajzen
For the past decade, Diana Ajzen has been a certified executive and professional coach and consultant. As Partner and Director of Human Capital Consulting at RSM México, she works and excels in an area specialized in Leadership Development and Organizational Coaching. Diana has a Degree in Special Education with a Master’s Degree from the UNAM in Pedagogy and specialties in Educational Technology and Human Development. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Coaching at the University of London, she was certified as a Coach by the World Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and now holds a MCC (Master Certified Coach) by the ICF (International Coach Federation).
With RSM México, she offers businesses services in executive leadership, talent management, organizational development and high performance teams. As a Master Coach with the ICF, she draws much of her work from a deep understanding of how people relate to learning and change, human behavior and organizational structure.
Diana started out working with the disabled, and built a career in e learning and consulting for institutions and companies. This was the foundation for the launch of her company where she and her partners trained individuals in coaching and provide coaching to middle management focusing on leadership skills.
Diana earned her degree in Special Education from Universidad de las Américas, A.C. before moving on to complete the Teachers Educational Program at the University of California San Diego. She also holds a Master’s degree in the Development of Human and Organizational Potential from Universidad de Londres. She is also trained as in mentoring and supervising coaches
Diana also works as a consultant and project manager for RSM, providing their clients with everything that has to do with talent, team and organizational management. An avid learner, she is a specialist in moods and systemic intervention as well as conversations and relationships. Currently, she is starting a PhD program in Human Development and hopes to publish her doctoral thesis in moods and stories that we live by. (please delete the highlighted, as I put on hold the Phd program for a few months) She has also acted as a consultant, doing pro bono work with a non-profit; UN recognized organization in Mexico focused on empowering women. In addition to her regular coaching practice, Diana developed a groundbreaking program to train in coaching and leadership skills for blind people called “Coaching con Vision”, an ICF certified program that trains blind persons to serve as coaches and other leadership roles at middle management organizations.
Diana is passionate about the power of language and the quality of relationships humans build around them, as well as the possibilities we create in collaboration. With a focus on executive and C-level personnel, she is committed to helping her clients move past their obstacles and become open to incredible possibilities. She has a proven track record of success in team performance enhancement, through a carefully crafted design to facilitate innovative solutions. She comes from a broad background of corporate experience, as well extensive experience in educational and digital instruction sector, and is able to apply this broad skill set in tandem with a powerful intuition and ability to think outside the box.
A resident of Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico, Diana speaks fluent English and Spanish. Outside of her professional endeavors she enjoys exercise, travel and reading.
