Alpna Nupur Sahay is an experienced human resources and talent manager based in Plano, Texas. As Healthcare Medical Recruiter at Precise Medical Staffing, she oversees full cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management and improvement, coaching, safety training, and compliance. She is a seasoned manager and recruiter, and also has experience in event services.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and International Relations from Carleton University, Nupur launched her career as Training Coordinator with Pacific Pulmonary Services. Prior to joining Precise Medical Staffing, Nupur was Physician HR for Kaiser Permanente. She has enjoyed following a natural progression in her career, and is proud to follow her passion and interest in her work, helping to make a difference in the field.
 
In addition to being a WAoFP member, Nupur is affiliated with the NBIAA. Outside of her work in the healthcare sector, she is a seasoned dancer and choreographer, and directs, choreographs and runs the Nazakat School of Kathak Dance.
