The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals Recognizes Dolores Vázquez-Mellado Nemer

Dolores Vázquez-Mellado Nemer is a Personal Coach. She helps individuals develop from a negative to positive lifestyle and change their thought process. Dolores approaches coaching as a dynamic and interactive process that consists in assisting her patients in achieving their goals. She collaborates with them in the development of her/his own potential skills and the process of changing the relationship with themselves and others.

Dolores offers a well-defined process, with a start and an end, based on clear goals and actions designed to achieve the desired results.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey; while at school she wrote a paper on how to use a computer application to help young children with learning disabilities develop a spatial sense.

In December 1985 that paper won the opportunity to be part of a Symposium on Computer and Children Education held at the National Museum of Anthropology.

She worked in that field for about 25 years. She co-founded a Computer Support and Help Desk company and worked very closely with engineers and staff personnel for 20 years. She managed the business and helped it grow from 15 to 200 employees.

Her managerial experience –and specifically- her personnel management activities, instilled in her a desire to help people manage their lives, so she left the Computer Science world to become a Certified Coach.

She has been combining her experiences in the corporate world with her new abilities to achieve this new goal in her life.

In her spare time, Dolores enjoys cooking, reading mystery novels and watching action movies. She resides in Satélite, Naucalpan, Mexico.
