The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals Recognizes Issi Paola Arteaga Cáceres, COSO, COBIT, ITIL

 
Issi Paola Arteaga Cáceres is Global Head of IT Audit for Grupo AJE, a leading multinational beverage company operating across 23 countries throughout Latin America, Asia and Africa. Having been in her role for the past 6 years, Issi assesses whether IT governance in the organization sustains and supports strategies and objectives. As well, she leads and performs audits of information systems and IT processes to determine efficiency, effectiveness, and adequacy of controls, which respond to risks within the organization’s information systems.
 
Having been awarded the title title ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager, Issi is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information and Systems Engineering from the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and earned a master’s degree in Auditing from the Universidad del Pacífico, where she also earned a postgraduate certificate in Digital Transformation.
 
Issi credits her success to always being ready to improve and grow. She has worked with a broad range of companies in several industries such as mining, fishery, retail, food manufacturing, real state, and beverages companies. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys reading and travel.
