Jennifer Koury is the Vice President of Human Resources,Petroleum at BHP Billiton, the globally recognized Anglo-Australian multinational mining, metals and petroleum company.
 
After receiving her Bcomm in Industrial Relations and HR from the University of Alberta, Jennifer was rapidly recognized as a great talent in her field. Now an HR expert, she is passionate about building high performance teams and leading them to foster innovative and positive change. Her diverse experience includes positions across multiple countries and industries. A seasoned business professional, Jennifer is most passionate about supporting the development of like-minded women. She is Exxon/Imperial Oil alumni.
 
Jennifer resides in Houston, Texas and enjoys golfing, skiing and playing piano in her spare time.
