Kirsteen Forisky is the Legal Aid Manager for LEAP Legal Software, an innovative software company offering solutions in case management, account management and legal forms for small legal firms and private practices. With over 2 decades of experience in the legal market and 2 years at LEAP, she is an expert in supporting law firms with the latest technology and how to implement computerised systems. She wears many hats in her role, including software development, customer service and CRM, negotiations, and new business development. Passionate about her work, she loves knowing that LEAP software is used across the world by thousands of law firms and legal practitioners, helping to improve performance and results on casework across the world.
 
Uniquely poised in her role to constantly understand the needs of the legal market and provide guidance to the software developers, Kirsteen cares about the work she does and the people with whom she works with. She finds that she applied the core values of LEAP to continually improve and never ever give up across all aspects of her life, and feels privileged to work with some of the top minds at the forefront of software development and innovation.
 
Her influence and hands on approach to development begins at initial project meetings, and continues on through implementation, client relationship, maintenance and support.
