Lena Gustafsson is the Founder and CEO of Good Relations AB, a management consulting company that works to develop well-rounded leadership at the organization level, as well as individual. Understanding that a strong and healthy company is comprised of strong and healthy people, Good Relations works to cultivate a management style that emphasizes values and vision under a superior set of skills. With more than 25 years of experience in business leadership and strategy, Lena is a creative, innovative and dedicated executive, with a knack for developing new concepts and project management.
 
Lena is a Swedish authority on women and leadership and is one of the authors of Beyond the Glass Ceiling. She is also founder of a company specializing on recruiting women to company boards and executive positions, Styrelsebalans.
 
Lena is a certified CBT therapist, author and relationship expert, specializing in employee and leadership development. Lena has in addition to her background in cognitive psychology, experience as a journalist and Chief Editor at one of Sweden’s largest book publishers. She has started up two companies and has advised a large number of executives, in a variety of industries, during start up, development and close down.
 
After earning a degree from Stockholm University, Lena discovered her passion for management consulting and entrepreneurship. Over the years, she has served in a consulting capacity in both global and national companies like Scandinavian Airlines, banks like Ikano Bank SE, SEB and Nordnet, in food chains like Coop and Lantmännen. Good Relations created a turnaround in one of Sweden’s largest private health comapanies, regarding values, leadership and wellbeing. The ROI was 10 times the investment. She also taught for 5 years at Axelsons Gymnastiska Institute. In addition to founding Good Relations, she was CEO and Co-Founder of Styrelsebalans, and served as a Board Member of United Spaces for 3 years.
 
Lena credits her success to her entrepreneurial mindset, honesty and courage. She can ask the crucial questions in her work with management teams, and is known for her wisdom, pride and charisma. She is a Registered psychotherapist, specialist within cognitions and behaviors by the Swedish Institute for CBT and Schema Therapy, and resides in Stockholm, Sweden. She speaks fluent English and Swedish. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, golf and spending time with her family.
