The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals Recognizes Lynda DeBuck
Lynda DeBuck is a healthcare services administrator and senior nursing professional with nearly 4 decades of experience. Most recently the Director of Patient Services at the Erie St. Clair Community Care Access Centre of Chatham (CACC), Ontario, she provided service to 5 hospitals across the region and ensured the system operates on a patient-centered approach across the board at CACC. She also liaised with physicians and nursing staff, offering up her expertise and support.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Windsor, Lynda went on to complete a master’s in leadership from the University of Guelph. She launched her career in the neonatal intensive-care unit, where she took great joy in working in birthing and newborn aftercare. As her career progressed, she held a broad variety of roles, including as a personal support worker, occupational health nurse and discharge planner. Having been in management since the early 1990s, she is a highly sought after medical administrative professional and is known for her positive attitude and the comprehensive support she provide her patients and staff.
Over her more than 38 years of nursing, Lynda credits her success to her attitude and passion for the work. Outside of her professional endeavors, she loves wildlife and photography.
