Marielle Thomas is the Founder and Owner of BESPECTACULAR, a consultancy that offers small and medium size companies strategic and proven methods to grow. Based in Marielle’s more than 33 years of experience in management at the multinational level, the firm produces results for its clients in an easy, comprehensible way, without generalities. Operating virtually and trilingual in English, Greek and French, Marielle works with clients and companies across the world.
 
Having previously been Regional General Manager for East Med Region at Black and Decker, Marielle started with them in the financial department and progressed steadily up the ranks. She started her career in British Petroleum in finance, before moving to Oracle as Project Manager to oversee their largest project at the time, which was ERP implementation at Olympic Airways.
 
Marielle holds a Master of Business Administration from the London School of Economics and also completed an Executive Diploma in Change Management at E-Cornell. In addition to the WAoFP, she is a member of the Lions Club International. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
