The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals Recognizes VIP Member, Dr. María Adelina

After earning a Medical degree of Medical School, María Adelina went to get her specialty in Ophthalmology in Escuela Superior de Oftalmología ¨Centro Oftalmológico León¨ with the Francisco Marroquin University in Guatemala. After three years and with her degree in her hand, she travels to Colombia for her full time fellowship in Oculoplastics, Orbits and lacrimal gland in FOSCAL, Bucaramanga.

Get back to her country and start working as Ofthalmologist and Oculoplastics surgeon, for a while until she opens her own private practice ¨ Centro Oftalmoógico y Oculoplástico¨, where she does what she likes more and help her patients with their vision problems as eyelids, or lacrimal gland problems, by given them all the attention in what they worries more and chose the best alternative to correct their problem.

In addition to the WAoFP, María Adelina is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Moving forward, she plans to continue expanding her knowledge in the Aesthetics she is taking a course in Dermocosmetics to help more and get better results. She thinks that her job is not only making people look good but helping to increase their self-esteem.
