The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals Recognizes VIP Member Fabiana Estrela

Fabiana Estrela has been Director of Global Operations and Recruitment for Agence Cast-A-Way Inc. Cruise and Resorts Hiring Agency, based in Montreal, QC, from October 2016 to present.  She recently became a partner in the business after a year as a franchisee. The company specializes in professional recruiting, specifically in the hospitality industry. Fabiana has always been interested in marketing and hospitality and she felt that this would be a good fit for her. The company has grown by over 200% over the last year with her as a partner and she is always looking to expand it further.

Offering over 20 years of professional experience, some of her specializations include: Events Management, Marketing Campaigns, Branding, Off and Online Media, PR, Social Responsibility, Financial Budgeting, Business Analysis and Talent Acquisition, Coaching/ Training & Development, and HR Management. Prior to her current role, she was Media Manager for Carnival Cruise Line (Carnival Glory/Liberty) and Project Coordinator for St. Thomas-Elgin Local Immigration Partnership (funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada).

Fabiana holds her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and is a former Board Chair of the Canadian Latin American Association. She has a plethora of other HR experiences, and in the near future, hopes to network internationally with likeminded professionals as much as possible. Fabiana is originally from Brazil and speaks four languages fluently, English, Spanish, Italian and French.s
